Message from Allah

The Big Pharaoh, a blogger in Egypt, makes a wise and brave statement on the current state of affairs regarding Islam and the West. Or should I say he forwards some personal revelation in the form of 10 Commandments from Higher Authority. In any case, the result is pure wisdom.

My favorites are:

1.Thou shall not have westophobia. The west is not plotting against Islam, they don’t give a hoot about your religion nor the religion of this old Hindu man walking in downtown Calcutta, India. The West is busy with far more important things.

4.Thou shall understand that the West gets their info on Islam not from your preaching nor from the books you translate to them but from your actions.

If the most quoted representatives of Islam; Osama, Ahmadinejad and Hamas, speak for the whole religion I'd have to say I don't want to know more. Fortunately for Islam and its faithful adherents there are a few less-well-known representatives, like Big Pharaoh, I'd like to spend some quality time with.
